Southern Pines has always served as a center of commerce, being the major railroad station in the late 19th and 20th centuries. Take a drive, then stroll through the gorgeous streets in the downtown shopping district, with its many fine restaurants, locally-owned boutiques and coffee shops.

The Deuce
Referred to by many as the best 19th hole in golf, The Deuce is lucky enough to be situated to perhaps the most historic hole in all of golf, the 18th on Pinehurst No. 2. Leaving is such sweet sorrow but everyone must check-out of the villa by 10:00 a.m. Please be sure to follow any checkout instructions given by your host. Safe travels home and we'll see you on our next adventure!

Throughout its history, Pinehurst has hosted local, national, sectional and professional-level tennis events. Our facilities offer members and guests clay tennis courts, a full-service tennis shop, and a full staff of USPTA/PTR/PPR-certified professional instructors. As a resort guest, you can enjoy access to all club amenities including ball machines, equipment and court rentals. In addition, we offer a wide variety of instruction to all levels and ages.

Getting There
Pinehurst is an easy 2 hour drive from Charlotte via 74 East. Tip: Save time by taking the 74 E bypass but it is a toll road!

When I check-in to villa
Check-in time is 4:00 pm on day of arrival
Is there a coffee maker
The villa offers both a coffee maker and Keurig machine
Is the villa fully stocked
- The villa will be stocked with essentials (coffee, sweetener, creamer, water) before arrival.
- It also comes with paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and trash bags
- If you run out of any items, you will need to restock yourself
Do we need to bring our own towels?
The villa will be fully stocked with bath towels, washcloths, hand towels and beach towels. You can find extra towels/washcloths inside cabinets in the laundry room.
When is check-out
Everyone will need to depart before 10:00 a.m. on the last day. There is a check-out list on the side of the refrigerator of items that need to be completed before you leave the villa.
